Bush Ducks Shoes In Iraq

FINALLY! Someone had the nerve to do to Bush what many of us around the world have been wanting to do to him…at the very least.

President George W. Bush ducked two shoes thrown at him during a press conference in the Iraqi prime ministers office. The conference was to mark the signing of a security agreement. But for the man who threw his size 10 shoes at Bush, the conference had a totally different aim as you can see in the video below. Feel free to play it over and over as many times as you like…lol.

According to news reports, throwing shoes is a grave show of disrespect in the Arab Culture. Isn’t throwing shoes disrespectful in America too? Hey, maybe Bush is used to ducking shoes where he comes from. He has pretty good reflexes!

On a more serious note what you hear the shoe thrower shouting in Arabic is “This is the farewell kiss, you dog,”. This is from the widows, the orphans and those who were killed in Iraq,”.

Hmmm…I hope our new president is better received by the world than our current one. Wait who am I kidding?
