Here’s the little bundle of cuteness that we’ve been seeing only from M.I.A.’s baby bump over the past few months. Baby boy was born on February 11 in Los Angeles. His name has not yet been released.
hmmmm….I wonder what his name is. Knowing M.I.A. it is something very interesting. In a good way.
Rapper Luther Campbell was taken into custody Tuesday night in Miami-Dade County for allegedly owing $10,223.36 in a child support case.
Campbell, the front man for the 1980s rap group 2 Live Crew, was booked into Miami-Dade’s pretrial detention center at around 6:15 p.m., according to Janelle Hall, a county jail spokeswoman.
In a 2 a.m. e-mail to The Miami Herald, Campbell, 48, said “the matter at issue pertained to attorney fees. . . . My payment as to child support was and is current.”
The arrest stems from a Feb. 6 court order issued by Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Mindy Glazer in a paternity case filed against him by Shakera Morgan, according to court records.
‘For The Love Of Ray J’ continues to be the leading show on VH1 after a solid 2nd week performance as 2.254 million viewers tuned in for Episode 2.
‘I Love Money 2′ had a respectable 2.064 million whilst Rock Of Love Bus disappointed with 1.758 million.
Bad Girls Club 3 continues to surprise, pulling 874000 viewers for Episode 9.
Just when we thought Ray J couldn’t compete with Flavor Flav and his raunchy show (I did think season one was funny). Ray J stuns us again by having another nude model on his show. Here are the pictures of Stilts (Click Here). Not for daytime viewing, lol.
Bishop T.D. Jakes says he is offering “help, support and restorative grace” to his son Jermaine, who faces an indecent exposure charge.
“It is in moments like these that I am so grateful that we do not preach that we are the solution, but we look to Christ for resolution,” Jakes, pastor of Dallas’ megachurch The Potter’s House, said in a written statement provided to The Dallas Morning News late Friday night.
The New York Post is standing behind this cartoon that some (but should be all) have interpreted as comparing President Barack Obama to a violent chimpanzee gunned down by police. The cartoon appeared on page 12 of Wednesday’s Post by cartoonist Sean Delonas. UNBELIEVABLE!
Rev. Alhas already spoken out on his own website and to media outlets. He says:
The cartoon in today’s New York Post is troubling at best given the historic racist attacks of African-Americans as being synonymous with monkeys. One has to question whether the cartoonist is making a less than casual reference to this when in the cartoon they have police saying after shooting a chimpanzee that “Now they will have to find someone else to write the stimulus bill.”
Being that the stimulus bill has been the first legislative victory of President Barack Obama (the first African American president) and has become synonymous with him it is not a reach to wonder are they inferring that a monkey wrote the last bill?
While being an American does allow freedom of speech, action should be taken against the cartoonist for this out right racist comic. For some people, racial equality is just way above the reach of their little brains.
During All-Star weekend Suge Knight got knocked the f$#& out after getting hit twice upside his dome by a man named Robert Carnes Jr. who is said to be a part of Akon’s camp.
Apparently Suge was attending an after party at the W hotel in Phoenix. Other party goers warned security something was about to go down and by the time security got to Suge, he was getting beat over the head. Because of the severity of Suge’s injuries, Carnes has been charged with felony aggravated assault.
What the blank is going on here? Could this be Kharma?
And here’s footage of the other time he got knocked out last year.
Bristol Palin, everyone’s favorite unwed teenage mom (Jamie Lynn who?), sat down with FOX News last night and dropped two major bombs. Governor Palin’s daughter made Rupert Murdoch’s head explode by saying sexual abstinence is unrealistic and that every woman should have the right to choose. NY Daily News reports: (more…)
Finally! An official statement is issued regarding the whole Chrianna controversy:
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds.”
Still leaves us hangin but at least it’s something. We shall stay tuned.
