Fox is reporting that inappropriate text messages from Kanye West to Kim Kardashian may have been a contributing factor in the Kim/Reggie Bush break up:

“Reggie saw text messages on Kim’s phone from Kanye West and flipped out on her. The texts referenced a night they hung out, how much fun he had, how hot Kim was, and more racy things that got Reggie’s imagination running,” says the source.

When Reggie confronted Kim about it, the couple had a huge blow-up, and jealousy issues, which had been pretty much kept out of their relationship until this incident ,surfaced, according to the insider.

“They realized there were trust issues on both sides, and couldn’t go forward,” says the source.

Meanwhile, Kanye has been coupled up with Amber Rose for the past few months…as well as this weekend in NY. So this is a bit hard to believe. BUT…it wouldn’t be the first time two celebs were cheating on their S.O.’s with each other. And I was told by one of my credible publicist sources that Kanye and Kim have been getting it in for months. Of course, I brushed it off because it seemed unlikely. But my source has been 100% right with everything they’ve told me so far.

I’m sure Kanye and Kim will both take to their blogs denying all this. But neither of their reps have responded to questions about it yet. By the way, Kim’s doing an auction on Ebay partly for charity, and she’s auctioning off a few of her New Orleans Saints shirts.

T.D. Jakes (a well-known preacher) was returning to Texas after a speaking engagement. When his plane arrived, there was a limousine there to transport him to his home in Dallas .

As he prepared to get into the limo, he stopped and spoke to the driver. “You know” he said, “I am almost 50 years old and I have never driven a limousine. Would you mind if I drove it for a while. The driver said, “No problem. Have a go at it..”

T.D. gets into the driver’s seat and they head off down the highway. A short distance away sat a rookie state trooper operating his first speed trap . The long black limo went by him doing 70 in a 55 mph zone. The trooper pulled out and easily caught the limo and got out of his patrol car to begin the procedure.

With the economy in the state its in everyone should be cutting back as much as possible. Cutting back can actually be fun when you get creative with it.

Most of us are used to buying things brand new but how about looking for used first.  Try sending an email to your friends and family before you hit the stores.  Ask around and see if anyone is getting rid of the item you are looking to buy.  You can also visit freecycle.org or craigslist.com.

Plus it’s summer -take advantage of the nice weather and look around at your local garage sales and thrift shops.  A little extra work and you can find a great bargain.

A shopping mall in Berlin is currently hosting a Jackson-themed sculpture made of sand, which tracks the singer from his time in the Jackson 5 through the release of his album “HIStory.”

The structure is made of 200 tons of sand and took 10 days to complete. 

Meanwhile in Paris artist Jean-Baptiste Seckler is at work on a sculpture of Mr. Jackson in the more traditional medium of clay.  Absolutely Incredible!

As attracted to ultramodern luxury living as Americans are said to be, it is hard to rival Dubai in terms of sheer architectural exuberance and engineering excess. Fascinatingly enough, the actual style of many of their high-end residences harkens back to High Modernism – with extra money and amazing sites making them seem entirely new and amazing to the untrained eye.

The island of Nurai is one of the latest of Dubai developments to catch the fancy of foreign visitors and potential investors. While much of the expansion of Dubai has slowed there is still an enormous amount of money moving through it. The residences shown here (above) feature bridge-only accessibility, rooftop decks complete with private pools and countless other luxurious amenities.

Much like Postmodernism in 1980s and 1990s architecture, featuring decorative throwbacks tied to ancient Egyptians and Greeks, one has to wonder if this perpetual reuse of Modernist geometries and spatial strategies will continue to remain popular or will also look dated within a few short decades.

Very shocking, and hard to believe. I hope that this is a mistake. We need to create more opportunities for the Black Men in the United States. From the men I talk to, there seems to be a lack of hope and proper paying business and job selections for the brothers in America.
