Being that he’s a father of four, there’s a good chance Tunechi wouldn’t want a fan to leave her children in the car just to see him on stage.
But Brittany Nicole Harris didn’t care. She was going to see Weezy by any means necessary. Employees at South Florida’s Cruzan Amphitheatre, where the “America’s Most Wanted Tour” went down Sunday (July 14), noted two youngsters in the car at around 7 p.m. The children, ages 3 and 5, were questioned and told the worker that their mother was at the concert.
Harris was approached leaving the venue and lied about abandoning her offspring. “She originally said her cousin brought the kids here, but then she confessed that she came here and left the kids to stay in the car so she could watch the concert,” read the arrest report filed by a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputy.
The 25-year-old was arrested and released on $20,000 supervised bond early Tuesday (July 16). Her children were taken by the state’s Department of Children and Families.
The polarizing trial of Trayvon Martin’s killer continues in Florida, but the verdict is in on the controversial mobile game “Angry Trayvon.”
Under heavy pressure, the game’s embattled developers said Monday that “Angry Trayvon” has been pulled from the Google Play store, where it was available for purchase for Android phones.
Fast Company reports the mobile appplication launched in late December, 10 months after Trayvon Martin was fatally shot in Sanford, Fla.
“The people spoke out therefore this game was removed from the app stores,” Trade Digital said in a release. “Sorry for the inconvenience as this was just an action game for entertainment. This was by no means a racist game. Nonetheless, it was removed as will this page and anything associated with the game will be removed.”
In the game, an animated character wearing a hoodie similar to the one Martin was wearing at the time of his death uses different weapons for “his world tour of revenge on the bad guys who terrorize cities everyday,” according to CNET.com.
In real life, George Zimmerman shot Martin in the chest on Feb. 26, 2012. Zimmerman, currently on trial for the murder of Martin, says the shooting was self-defense.
“The death of this young man is NOT A GAME,” reads a petition on Change.org that is now closed. “This developer is using the Google Marketplace to exploit the death of an unarmed teen for profit while simultaneously promoting violence.”
You already know by now that you should not be eating fast food hamburgers, or should at least keep them to a minimum. They are overly processed, loaded with sodium, and frankly don’t taste all that great.
Another reason that you shouldn’t eat them…most only contain 7% actual meat and the rest of the ingredients will make you cringe. Americans on average consumed 5 million burgers a year and 4100 cows are slaughtered every hour to make that a possible. But if there is only 7% of that cow in the burger, what else are you eating?
With 68 cows a minute being butchered, there are bound to be mistakes somewhere. This is called a “shifting of parts” where different parts of the cow are making their way into your food. A study that was published in the Annals of Diagnostic Pathology dug a little deeper. Fortunately their study revealed that out of 8 different fast food hamburgers, none contained brains. The bad news is that they did contain many other pieces that didn’t belong there.
The water content of the burgers was found to be roughly 50%. The actual meat content ranged from 2%-14.8%. Some of the other tissues that we found in the “meat” were blood vessels, adipose tissue (fat), connective tissue, peripheral nerves, cartilage, and bone. That is not even the worst part! Some of the burgers were found to contain Sarcocystis, an intracellular parasite. This parasite enters the cow when they eat the infected feces of another cow. Yummy isn’t it?
So how are you to avoid all of this junk in your meat? You can stop eating meat all together, but if you are a carnivore at heart, try finding a local butcher with grass fed organic meat.
From celebrities to everyday women, old to young and black to white women, lace front wigs have become very popular in the past few years. But users have reason to part ways with the trend. Researchers have finally come to the conclusion that lace front wigs are the leading cause of forehead cancer in African American women. After years of studies, this cancer has shown to be more prevalent in women, especially African American women, who wear tightly laced wigs because of the abnormal cells that are able to form under the moist heat that is usually a result of over-wearing the head pieces.
Cancer Center of America Representative Ronald DePinho described the hair trend as a forehead eating disease. “The amount of wig wearing youngsters has increased 3 fold,” he admitted during the study.

Cops in South Carolina busted a 22-year-old woman for wearing a thong bikini on the beach. Tiara Monique Garness was arrested and charged with indecent exposure because the skimpy swimsuit didn’t cover her buttocks.
Police claim they twice warned her to cover up and took action when she ignored them. Garness, of High Point, N.C., was arrested at 5 a.m. Friday in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The city of Myrtle Beach local government website states: “Thong bikini bathing suits and public display of certain body parts are illegal and can result in arrest.”
Garness was taken to jail and held on a $469 cash bond. She was joined, at the weekend, by three other women who dared to flash the flesh. Latosha Faye Collins, 27, of Dalton, S.C.; Tenisha Blair, 34, of Shelby, S.C.; and Latoya Michen, 31, of Philadelphia, were detained for the same offense.
The trio was allegedly caught, between Friday morning and Saturday night, exposing their buttocks, reports KTRE.
A vendor at Houston’s Minute Maid Park has been fired after a fan filmed him taking a tray of snow cones into a stadium bathroom and putting it on the floor of the stall while using the facilities.
An Astros fan captured video on his cell phone at the game on Monday night that shows the vendor’s feet with his pants dropped down to his ankles as he sat on the toilet, with a box of the iced treats on the bathroom floor.
The unfortunate incident occurred during the Astros game against the Kansas City Royals – which happened to be the first game for the Astros new president Reid Ryan, the son of baseball legend Nolan Ryan.
The fan shared the video with KPRC-TV, which aired the report Wednesday night. The male fan who filmed the incident is heard on the clip expressing his disbelief.
After he films the unbelievable sight for a few moments, he then finds a stadium employee to confront the snow cone purveyor.

Beyonce’s life has always been one of intrigue, scrutiny and frequent tabloid fodder. So much so, the notoriously private songstress decided to give speculation a rest and give the world a glimpse inside her megastardom in HBO’s recently-aired documentary Beyonce: Life Is But A Dream.
Now, her uncle Larry Beyince opens up about the rumor she’s pregnant with baby No. 2, what’s really behind Blue Ivy’s name, what the family thinks about their Queen B becoming Mrs. Jay-Z, and Bey’s estranged relationship with her father. Kelly Rowland started something when she revealed her true feelings about Beyonce on her new single ‘Dirty Laundry:
On the track Kelly sings,
“When my sister was on stage/ killin’ it like a motherf**ker / I was enraged / feelin’ it like a motherf**ker / bird in a cage / you would never know what I was dealin’ with / went our separate ways but I was happy she was killin’ it / bittersweet / she was up I was down / no lie I feel good for her but what do I do now / forget the records off the record I was goin’ through some bullsh**t / post-survivor / she don’t fight / who wanna hear my bullsh*t / meanwhile this nigga putting his hands on me / swear ya’ll don’t know the half of this industry…”
because now one of Beyonce’s uncles is doing the same thing by revealing Beyonce was forced into show business by Mathew Knowles and that she didn’t really want to marry Jay Z…
Tina Knowles’ brother Larry Beyince gives a candid interview with Celebuzz that is sure to rattle Queen B.
On Beyonce Before Becoming Mrs. Jay-Z…
“He was after her and she wasn’t. She told me she wasn’t too particularly fond of him. “I would see him with her and pictures of them, I heard rumors they were together and she told me ‘no.’ You know how women get that look like ‘eww.’ I guess she wasn’t attracted to him. “But as long as he treats her well and makes her happy, that’s all I ever wanted. He’s okay with me.”
On Beyonce Getting Married…
“I was surprised she married him. I think she got tired of being alone. When you have as much money as she does she has to be careful about people wanting her for her money. And apparently he had as much as she had. “I don’t think the family cared. Just that whatever he’s doing he’s making money [and] made it okay.”
On Beyonce’s Father Mathew Knowles…
“I wasn’t surprised she fired him [as her manager]. I’m glad, actually. “I know he was getting 20 percent of whatever she made, and from what I know he wasn’t doing much for her. All I knew is that he wanted her to be famous and rich so he could be rich. “One reason I was glad she got married is because she was no longer under her dad’s control. He is a control freak.”
On Beyonce’s Early Rise To Fame…
“She didn’t want to be famous. She just wanted to be a normal child. She loved to watch cartoons and be with her friends. “She was forced into singing. “It took away her whole childhood. Everything was geared toward being famous. She used to get angry at [her father] a lot for taking away her childhood. That affected her. “I would prefer she was just my little niece, but she’s a lot better off than most women.”
You thought slavery was dead? Try again. A new campaign by a fashion designer has people shrieking with disdain, since the designer seems determined to prove that slavery can be brought back into style. Pakistani designer Aamna Aqeel is being criticized for a new campaign called “Be My Slave,” with a shoot showing a white woman being waited on by a dark-skinned child.
The shoot is expected to appear in DIVA, a Pakistani fashion and lifestyle magazine. The images were placed on the designer’s Facebook page, leading fans to express their anger.
The images are described as being beyond tasteless, and it’s difficult to know what the designer was thinking. Experts speculate that it may have been thought that the edginess and controversy of the shoot would reap more rewards than losses. But while international attention has been placed on the publication, most fans do not find the shoot to be appealing. It also has branded both the designer and the fashion magazine to be racist. They’ve both been asked to apologize.
The designer says that the appearance of the child happened just by chance. She said that the boy “works in a garage and wanted some work.” But maybe she could have let him do a job behind the scenes instead of humiliating himself in front of the camera. At the same time, there may be a deeper explanation for why she chose to shoot this scene in this way.
In her defense, Aqeel says she is involved with a children’s charity and used the images to bring awareness to the use of child labor around the world. She also says that she wasn’t trying to build her brand with controversy and only meant to raise public awareness on this issue. Do you buy it?
Fans on her Facebook page don’t seem the least bit satisfied with what she said. But if she is telling the truth, maybe it does mean that child labor problems should be confronted more directly. Many of the most popular products sold in America are made by five year olds who can’t go to school. Awareness might be necessary.
It’s now getting to the point that debtors prisons are growing. People are being put in jail for not being able to make payments on time or owing too much money. Two Atlanta women have a story that is a cautionary tale and nightmare for anyone who has ever borrowed anything on credit. It might also make you think twice about going to Aarons for anything.
A woman who doesn’t want to be identified, says that when she couldn’t make payments on a washer and dryer that she’d bought from Aarons, they had her arrested.
“They should think of the consequences it’s going to have on your life on your family,” the Loganville woman said, asking not to be identified.
The woman says that she knows she fell behind and accepts the responsibility. But one thing she says she didn’t deserve was to be taken to jail over something like a late payment. When she offered to give the appliances back, the company refused to take them. That’s when she was hauled off the jail.
Shantel Jackson has filed a civil suit against Aarons for false imprisonment. “It was traumatizing. I cried a lot. I spent most of my time crying,” Jackson said.
Jackson says that she was attacked by Aaron’s after she stopped making her payments on a television that was broken. She says that the company refused to replace the TV, but demanded high payments anyway. Aaron’s makes its money by charging high rates of interest on consumers who can’t afford credit. Many of these consumers are African American. The woman also called the company to tell them that the TV was stolen during a burglary.
“They told me I was lying. They know the TV was in my home,” Jackson said. Jackson’s attorney Cary Wiggins, said it’s a civil matter not criminal.
“You do not have them arrested. There is no debtor’s prison in this country. Hasn’t been that way since the 19th century,” Wiggins told Artz.
Aaron’s released a statement on the matter, “Aaron’s, Inc. cares about our customers and for 58 years has been building solid relationships with our customers and communities. Our culture is to work with each and every one of our customers to ensure that every effort is made to bring them to full lease-ownership of our products. We cannot comment on specific customer situations, but we do work diligently with all of our customers and undergo exceptional efforts, fostering communication with them to understand individual situations.”
Every year, there are dozens of kids who turn down scholarship offers from the Michigan State football program. But most of them do it because they decide to attend a different school. Wide receiver Jay Harris from Downingtown East High School in Downingtown, Pa. just turned them down for a much different reason. Rather than accept a scholarship offer from the Spartans, Harris told an MSU assistant that he is going to pursue a rap career. That’s right. Despite being ranked 17th overall in the senior class in the state of Pennsylvania according to ESPN, Harris is trading in his football cleats for studio time.
“I’ve been thinking about doing this for a couple of years now,” says Harris, who goes by the rap name Jay DatBull. “I’ve always had this in the back of my head but never had the courage to tell my parents that this is what I want to do.”
Sigh. We can’t really hate on the kid for following his dreams. If he doesn’t really want to play football, then he shouldn’t do it. But we sincerely hope that he understands what he’s getting himself into and what he’s giving up to do it.

Jealous Chris Brown and Rihanna rage at each other in toxic Twitter exchange as they accuse each other of playing the field
But Rihanna, 25, and Chris Brown, 24, have taken to Twitter to voice their mutual contempt for each other.
The music superstars sent out thinly veiled tweets on Thursday and Friday seemingly accusing each other of playing the field while they dated.
Rihanna started it off, uploading an Instagram picture on Thursday with the words:
‘If I drop all my hoes for you and we still don’t work out you owe me some hoes.’
Although the meaning isn’t clear, the picture insinuates that Rihanna either dropped all her friends when she was with Chris or that he was unfaithful to her.
Chris then upped the nastiness factor by tweeting on Friday: ‘She’s not mine if she’s everybody elses.’
The ex couple also sent out tweets on Wednesday that appeared to be directed at each other, with Chris tweeting:
‘Sometimes loving someone is too much! So loving from a distance will help everyone grow! Be blessed. Live ya life!’
Rihanna then tweeted her own message a short while later, stating:
‘Settling is not an option! Nothing less than 100% loyalty, honesty, and respect!! Love ain’t for kidz #butimsleeptho’.
Chris’ Friday tweet comes after reports that Rihanna was partying with ex JR Smith on Tuesday after her show in New York.
But the rapper isn’t blameless himself after he spent his birthday celebrations last weekend partying with ex-girlfriend Karreuche Tran.
The rapper recently made some kinder comments about the break-up during an interview on the Kyle and Jackie O radio show
‘I’m always going to love that person … [but] I can’t be focused on wife-ing someone that young — I need to step forward and be a man and be the best Chris Brown I can be,’ he said.
It’s not the first time the popular deejay, real name Calvin LeBrun, has been cuffed for playing with prostitutes. This time, the man he allegedly tried to solicit for sex was an undercover cop.
Popular Hot 97 deejay “Mister Cee” was busted trying to pick up a male prostitute in Brooklyn, cop sources said.
But Cee, 46, whose real name is Calvin LeBrun, didn’t know that the gigolo he approached at Madison St. and Broadway in Bushwick just before midnight on Thursday was really an undercover cop, the sources said.
The music man — who emerged into the hip-hop world as Big Daddy Kane’s deejay and later produced Notorious B.I.G.’s first album, “Ready to Die” — was charged with patronizing a prostitute. He was waiting to be arraigned on Saturday.
It’s not the first time the deejay has been cuffed for playing with prostitutes.
Cee pled guilty in 2011 to a charge of loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution after he was arrested for receiving oral sex from another man in a parked car.
The drama continues between Mariah Carey & Nicki Minaj. The two ‘American Idol’ judges have been going at it all season and continued during last night’s show. Nicki and Mariah got into it while arguing about the contestants, with Minaj waving a cotton swab at Carey and advising her to clean out her ears.
Nicki was not done, because she just unleashed on Mariah on Twitter:
